Industrial Plastics · TEDA Industrial Zone
Plastic recycling & manufacturing, engineered for the Spain–Egypt loop.
TEDA INDUSTRIAL ZONE · AIN SOKHNA, EGYPT
Our Mission
We turn Spain's post-industrial plastic waste into premium recycled granules — recycled once in Egypt, valued twice in Europe.
Who We Are
Green Recycle operates a large-scale plastic recycling and manufacturing facility in the TEDA Industrial Zone, Ain Sokhna — one of Egypt's premier export-oriented industrial hubs on the Suez Canal corridor.
We import post-industrial LDPE plastic from Spain, transform it into premium recycled granules and finished goods, and export the material back to European markets — a closed-loop trade lane connecting Egyptian manufacturing with Spanish industry.
From raw material intake to washing, shredding, granulation and export packaging, every stage takes place under one roof — giving our partners full visibility over how their material is processed and returned to market.
The Spain – Egypt Loop
Post-industrial LDPE plastic travels from Spain to our Ain Sokhna facility, is transformed into premium recycled granules, and returns to European markets — a continuous, sustainable supply chain.
Post-industrial LDPE plastic collected from partners across Spain.
Bulk shipment via 40 ft containers to Ain Sokhna Port, Egypt.
Washing, shredding & granulation into premium recycled LDPE.
Finished granules exported back to Spain and wider Europe.
Our Facility
Operational hangar (100m × 40m) — with Phase 2 expansion designed to double total footprint.
Our Process
3 dedicated LDPE pre-treatment washing lines remove residue and prepare the material for shredding — the first step in producing a clean, consistent feedstock.
Our team sorts incoming material by hand before it is fed onto the shredding line — keeping contamination low and throughput steady across every production run.
A dedicated separation system removes sand and residual contaminants before granulation.
4 granulation / pelletizing lines produce export-ready recycled LDPE granules.
Our Machinery
Our granulation and pelletizing lines run in parallel across the production hangar, each connected to dedicated dust and air-extraction systems for clean, continuous operation.
Core Product
Each batch of recycled LDPE granules is processed for uniform pellet size, consistent black colour, and low moisture content — ready for direct use in our customers' extrusion and injection-molding lines.
This is the same recycled LDPE granule product that anchors our Spain–Egypt trade lane — sourced as post-industrial scrap and returned to market as export-ready material.
What We Produce
Quality & Sustainability
Full water treatment and industrial air filtration systems, run in line with Egyptian environmental standards.
Parallel washing, shredding and granulation lines allow consistent output at industrial volume.
Material sourced from Spain returns to Spain as finished granules — reducing waste and emissions across the loop.
Our Team
Backed by shareholders across Egypt, Nigeria, China and Saudi Arabia, our engineers and production staff run daily operations across every stage of the recycling process.
